Mission/Goal

Our goal is to become your mortgage broker/planner for life. The true value of a mortgage broker goes beyond simply putting you into your first or second home. Life never travels in a straight line. It often twists and turns in many directions, creating a need to have reliable experts in your life to guide you when your direction changes. To do this we must build a common trust throughout our first interaction. We must work hard to find out what your needs are and put you into the right product to suit your need. We must work hard to ensure that we are reducing your cost of borrowing so that you pay as little to the banks as possible.

We realize that no two people are the same. We also know that we can not approach each person the same way. So we encourage people to ask us questions, and if they don’t completely understand, to have us go over it again. We must also try to make the home buying or refinance process as stress free, simple and as fun as possible.

We are not the bank. We have no affiliation to any bank or trust company. We are an independent mortgage broker team, that is 100% driven by you and your mortgage needs. We work with you to find the major bank or trust company that has a mortgage that best fits you. No need for you to be a good negotiator. We do that part for you as well.

E.g., If your bank does not have the right mortgage product for you, they will put you into the next best thing and try to convince you that it is the right product for you. As an independent mortgage broker, we would walk you away from that bank, and introduce you to a lender that is a better fit for you.

We do not charge a fee for our service. The bank that is the most competitive, and best suited to your needs, pays us a finder’s fee for bringing them your business.

A little history on us:

We have been assisting clients in the mortgage industry for over 14 years. Our focus has always been to provide professional, personal service while we work to find the best mortgage for you. To stay true to this commitment, we have acquired the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) Designation. The AMP Designation sets a new industry standard, by ensuring that we meet a high standard of education and training, offer in-depth knowledge of products and services and commit to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics. Most importantly, the AMP helps us provide tailored solutions for you.

We take pride in offering professional, personal service. We sincerely enjoy what we do and enjoy getting to know our clients. Getting to know you allows us to understand what your financial goals are. We are committed to finding the lender that can offer you an excellent interest rate, as well as special features that fit the needs that are unique to you.

As our two children continue to grow they keep us more and more involved in our community and with the school system. We often can be seen pulling our camper around Saskatchewan visiting all the great parks and lakes. As a member of the Saskatoon Optimist Club, which is known for the Canada Day Celebrations on July 1st, we are able to raise money to put back into the Saskatoon area. The more that we get involved in events around Saskatchewan, the more we enjoy our home and the people who share it with us. We look forward to seeing you around the community.
