Marcel grew up on a family farm in a small community near Saskatoon (Allan, Saskatchewan). He started out his career in the housing industry as a residential appraiser in the Saskatoon and surrounding area. In June of 2003, he was approached by Home Loans Canada (Division of CIBC) and became a Mortgage Specialist. His perseverance and hard work paid off, as he became known as one of the leading Mortgage Specialists in the Saskatoon Area. In June of 2006, Marcel partnered up with a colleague and long-time friend, Scott Tremblay to form their own Independent Mortgage Brokerage Firm, Your Mortgage Link Inc. This new venture now enables them to have more options which relates into the vision of doing what is best for the client.
